Returns & Replacements:
You can return or exchange your items, in their original condition, no later than 7 days of the delivery. You need to fill the form and ship the item to the below address with its invoice and no later than 15 days after we receive the items, we’ll instruct our payment provider regarding the refund.You are responsible for any export duties, taxes, and charges for the return or exchange process including the shipping cost.
Shipping & Delivery:
We ship your order in 2 working days unless you order a special size or color, which takes 10-15 days to ship. In such cases, we’ll let you know exact shipping date via e-mail.

Europe, 2-3 days. USA, Canada, Australia, South America,and other countries 3-4 days
Regular Cargo ground:
Europe: 9-11 days. USA, Canada, Australia, South America, 15-18 days. Maximum package weight is 20kg. All orders above 20kg will be split into 20kg batches and shipped seperately. Note that you’ll receive a new payment request for additional shipping charges.
Regular Cargo air:
Europe: 5-8 days. USA, Canada, Australia, South America, 10-14 days. Maximum package weight is 20kg. All orders above 20kg will be split into 20kg batches and shipped seperately. Note that you’ll receive a new payment request for additional shipping charges.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility.You need to check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
At the time of delivery, inspect the package you’ve received and reject the delivery if the item or package is damaged.
